One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute CVM strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Customer Value Management strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of customer insights into marketing campaigns and product development.
- Manage customer segmentation: Oversee the segmentation of customers based on product usage and behaviors to tailor personalized offers and communications.
- Optimize communication timing: Determine the optimal timing for customer communications to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Enhance communication channels: Identify and implement the most effective communication channels for different customer segments, ensuring messages reach the right audience at the right time.
- Build a communication library: Develop and maintain a repository of customer communication templates and offers to support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report KPIs: Define key performance indicators for CVM initiatives and regularly track and report on performance against these metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement: Analyze campaign results and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of customer interactions.
- Ensure data integrity: Collaborate with data analysts to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer data used in segmentation and targeting.
Who You Are:
- Experienced project manager: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fintech or banking environment.
- CRM/CVM expert: Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and/or customer value management (CVM) principles.
- Excellent communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical thinker: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive and results-driven: Proactive and results-driven approach to managing projects and achieving business goals.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with data analytics tools and CRM software. Experience with BMP/ERP systems or Corezoid is a plus.
