The training manager helps Poster customers understand the product and all the components of the automation system. You have a great desire to learn to speak in public and conduct webinars. You prefer a 30-minute conversation to five short ones. You can explain complex things simply. You are proactive, ready to openly share your opinion and ideas. Work schedule: 5/2 is a regular work week with two days off. Shift 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. What you will do: Train Poster customers to use our system, help them with simple and complex questions. Observe and collect feedback, in order to make customer onboarding easy. Participate in the creation of webinars, conduct them for the company's clients. Constantly analyze the current work and do everything to improve the results. Constantly study the product and its functions, monitor new features. Poster is 220 colleagues who are infinitely in love with restaurants.
