- Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit and providing guidance to achieve this.
- Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
- Monitoring the resolution process of customers' technical issues.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong interest in new technologies.
- At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
- Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
