Today you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and life values , because we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Manager.
What will you do:< /strong>
- Registration of user appeals (employers, searchers) in the Service Desk system, by phone, in e-mail, in messengers (viber \ telegram\chats);
- Consultation of users (employers, searchers) on working with the robota.ua site, and, if necessary, directing them to other departments of the company;
- Support, diagnostics, elimination of technical malfunctions and solving other issues received from users website robota.ua (employers, searchers), and, if necessary, directing them to the development team;
- Providing initial assistance in setting up and troubleshooting user software;
- If there is such a request, support of users in the process of paying for the service online using bank cards (payment, refund); issues related to the operation of the site and some admin systems;
- Together with the team of the customer technical support department, work on the development of new functionality of the robota.ua site;
- Interaction with employees of the product development department, the sales department for large corporate customers, the sales department for SME customers, the financial department, the marketing department.
We need you if you have:
- Experience of working in Service Desk/CRM-systems, IR-telephony, chat-systems;
- Higher education or is a student of the last years of the university;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, preferably knowledge of the English language (intermediate level);
- Attention to details, analytical skills, communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Understanding how to work with browsers (desktop\mobile), operating systems Windows\MacOS\Linux\Android\IOS.
