Customer technical support manager in Derise

An online electronics store with its own brand, a leader in the niche. Looking for a communicative, responsible, friendly manager to work with customers on technical support issues. Requirements: Age from 20-35 years; Experience of communicating by phone with customers for at least 1 year; Skills for solving conflict and controversial situations; Sociability and friendliness; Understanding the basic principles of electronics. Responsibilities: Processing of incoming requests from clients. Consulting the client on the operation and characteristics of the product; Identification of possible problems with the product; Issuance of applications for service; Delivery of goods to a service specialist, control of execution Testing of goods, identification of problems Received and sending goods to the client Working conditions: Part-time or full-time Work schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Transparent payment system: Rate + Bonuses; Career growth; Comfortable office in the center
