We are looking for a customer technical support line operator.

Tasks:

• Providing advice to customers by phone and e-mail.
• Solving technical questions and customer problems.
• Registration and processing of applications in system.
• Maintaining a customer database.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict situations.
• Knowledge of PC at the user level.
• Responsibility and result orientation .
