For her, we are looking for a Customer Technical Support Engineer. In fact, this is a consultant of the technical support department, but with basic technical education and (or) experience. ❗️You will definitely need knowledge of these programs and technologies: Kubernetes, Red Hat Based Linux (Rocky Linux), Basic knowledge of JavaScript. It will be a big plus, but not mandatory: PostgreSQL, Redis, Git (GitHub), Node-RED🧑 🏼💻 The task at the start is to understand the platform in such a way as to explain everything to clients in a simple and accessible way or to eliminate minor shortcomings. Our developers deal with more global "bugs". 📍 Your functionality will consist of the following points: - Constantly support customers via chat or email, fix minor system errors - Deploy the system for new users, support installations of existing users - Conduct presentations of the platform's capabilities for new customers in connection with the sales manager - Develop and modify the scenarios of chatbots (yes, our platform also has this possibility) - Report detected errors to the development team⚡️ Skill Pack of our ideal candidate: - desire to learn - self-organization - customer orientation, presentation skills, because you are the voice and face of our companies - basic knowledge of the English language (possible communication through an online translator) Will be a plus: Work experience in technical support of chat systems, contact centers, in product companies with a similar technology stackProfessional education 💫We are ready to consider candidates with minimal experience.
