We are currently looking for a ACustomer Support Agent.

Responsibilities:

Advising users about the software, which is implemented by the company. 

The initial configuration of users' devices to work with the company's software. 

Remote support and configuration of company software.

Accepting and processing customer requests regarding system settings (tickets, calls, chats)

Reproducing problems and collecting information for bug escalation on developers

Resolving customer issues with updating/retrieving data from databases

Filing processed requests in the reporting system (Zendesk ticketing system).

Expectations from the candidate:

Competent spoken and written Ukrainian language, business correspondence skills. 

Experience working with Windows, Android, iOS OS at the level of an advanced user.

Ability to solve problematic situations in telephone mode and/or using software for remote access. 

Skills in using search engines to find the necessary information, working with documentation. 

Ability to learn new software quickly. Stress resistance, discipline. 

The desire to help people and learn new things.

It will be a plus:

Basic knowledge of SQL (understanding the structure of databases, the ability to build queries select, insert, update). 

Experience in technical support. 

Understanding the principles of database operation. 

Communication, ability to persuade, competent communication, administrative skills, patience, initiative, responsibility. 

Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL. 

Knowledge of an additional foreign language at the level of business correspondence.

Opening hours 9:00 - 18:00
