🟢 The Role:
As a Customer/Technical Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by handling a variety of tasks, from data entry to customer support and executive administration. You will be an essential part of our team, helping to maintain our high standards of service and efficiency.
 

🟢 Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry:
Accurately enter complex menus into our proprietary software.
Ensure all data is entered promptly and correctly, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Perform regular data quality checks and updates as needed.

- Customer Support:
Assist clients with changes to their accounts within our proprietary software.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
 

🟢 What We're Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling data entry tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and provide support efficiently.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using various software applications and willing to learn our proprietary software quickly.
 

🟢 Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the Food Industry: Familiarity with meal delivery services or the food industry is a plus.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
