You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring high-quality and quick solutions to their problems. There is no remote format! What you will be doing: answering phone calls of the first line of technical support; identifying the motive of the client's appeal; conducting the initial diagnosis of the client's problem; analyzing the problems that arise for the user and finding options for solving the problem; advising clients on the correct and high-quality use of our product.
