Customer support technician (paint materials) in Farba Service

The Farba Service network of multi-brand showrooms is part of Farba Service Ukraine LLC. Farba Service offers household and professional paint and varnish materials, painting tools, including for industrial facilities. In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for a technical specialist in customer support with experience in LFM sales. Our wishes for candidates: Experience of field technologist , a technical specialist of paint and paint materials will be an advantage (willing to train) We are considering candidates who worked in technical customer support, in the application and sales of paint and paint materials Higher or secondary special education (preferably a technical profile) Confident user of MS Office Experience in conducting training, presentations. Working conditions: P' seven-day work week, work in the paint studio on Avtozavodska Street (from 09:00 to 18:00) booking (if you have the relevant documents) tutor help (product training) business trips around Ukraine (on average - 2 times a month) Duties :Conducting educational seminars and workshops for partners and for the staff of the commercial department Consultations at facilities and by phone Analysis of product claims, compilation of technical documentation, consumer (painting) evaluation of paint and varnish materials Production of demonstration samples.
