Customer Support (Technical Support Operator) in El Trade

El Trade supplies wholesale consumer electronics and audio and video equipment. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work on site, who will advise customers in chat, without phone calls.

Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries in chat and provide advice on products.

• Process inquiries and enter information into internal systems.

• Monitor the fulfillment of requests and maintain order in requests.
