Our position: - We are against war and unjustified aggression. - We evacuated company employees and their relatives from combat zones, helped in finding housing and provided financial support. - We provided the entire team with mobile stations and batteries. We continue to work stably for the future of Ukraine. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible Support Team Lead who will manage the team and maintain high standards of service quality for our customers. Your tasks: - manage the support team; - monitor the team's KPIs, service quality and the correctness of customer responses; - ensure that no customer will remain unanswered and will receive consultation regarding all its concerns; - create a healthy climate in the team and increase labor productivity; - form a team, participate in the hiring process; - automate and improve work processes; - collect statistics and generate reports for partners; - support required knowledge of the Zendesk product;- participate in global projects and within the company to improve our products and optimize the experience of our users. experience in optimizing processes and increasing the efficiency of resource use; - ability to organize and plan the work of the department; - experience in working with software products and Zendesk services; - previous experience in QC / Team Lead positions, experience in creating processes in a support team; - developed stress resistance skills and business orientation.
