As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible Support Team Lead who will manage the team and maintain high standards of service quality for our customers. Your tasks: — manage the support team; — control KPI teams, quality of service and correct responses to customers; — ensure that every customer is not left without an answer and receives advice regarding all its concerns; — create a healthy climate in the team and increase work productivity; — form a team, participate in the hiring process; — automate and improve work processes; — collect statistics and generate reports for partners; — maintain the necessary knowledge about the Zendesk product; — participate in global projects and within the company to improve our products and optimize the experience of our users. experience working with Zendesk software products and services; — previous experience working as a QC/ Team Lead, experience in creating processes in a support team; — developed stress resistance and business orientation skills.
