We are currently scaling one of the businesses - Liven and are building an Operations team from scratch and are looking for a Support Team Lead. The main business challenge is to maintain operational efficiency in a scaling environment .Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the necessary information so that they can better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains. We launched the business in early 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling to size big business Every new employee can now become the head of his area, it all depends only on you and your ambitions. Examples of challenges that will await you in this role:— Building an in-house support team (the goal is a team of 50+ people);— Ownership of internal processes related to the work of the support team, their automation and optimization;— Creation and implementation of a strategy to increase the Reputation of the product and the Internet space. You will work directly with the CEO of the project and will have a unique opportunity to join a successful startup in the most interesting period of formation, you will go through the "0 to 1" together with a super-strong team. What is important to us:— From 2 years of experience in similar positions;— We will also be happy to meet proactive sweaters with fundamental experience in large system companies in the fields of FMCG, Finance, Consulting, Audit;— Cool career track, you grow quickly and don't plan to stop;— Analytical thinking, use of metrics to optimize work;— Helicopter view on business planning and areas of setbacks. You can assess the situation in the long term, predict bottlenecks, have a holistic understanding of business operations;— Ability to visit an office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv or Warsaw;— Critical and systemic thinking.
