Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all customer support activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer service across all communication channels (email, chat bot).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, aligning with our business objectives.
- Configure and maintain systems for tracking and managing customer requests.
- Coordinate the support team, including hiring.
- Analyze data and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve the product.
- Develop instructions for the support team and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years previous experience in customer success in a Tech startup.
- Experience in organizing a team from scratch.- Experience in leading teams.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives proactively.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Experience with request management systems (CRM, ticket systems, etc.).
- Strong team-working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on it.
- Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions in stressful situations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
