Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist - Success Agent to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service via chat, email and phone support.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers enjoy our products and services.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via chat, email and phone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Make outbound calls for clients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure impeccable customer service.
- Adapt quickly and effectively to changes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision , providing quality support.
- Maintain and update customer records as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services.
Requirements:
- English language level:
C1 (Advanced), advanced
C2 (Proficient), Fluent
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong abilities problem solving and customer orientation.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and processes.
- Understanding of the startup environment and the ability to thrive in it.
- Ability to work well both independently and in team.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
