Processing customer requests and emails.

Necessary knowledge and skills

• Experience in Customer Support / Customer Success / Account Management / Sales.

• Advanced written English.

• Experience with CRM systems, Zendesk, Slack.

• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with a large number of requests.

• Time management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to calmly work with conflicting or non-standard cases.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a big plus.
