Customer support specialist with knowledge of the German language in Litvinov D.Yu., FOP

We are looking for an energetic and responsible customer support specialist with knowledge of the German language for our office in Kyiv.Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality and efficient support to customers from Germany via phone, email and online chat;- Respond to customer inquiries about products and services company, help in their solution; - Register and track all customer requirements in the CRM system; - Consult on technical issues and provide explanations on the use of the company's software; - Identify opportunities for improving processes and services. Requirements: - Fluency in German (level not lower than B2); - Experience in the field of customer support is welcome, but not mandatory; - Excellent communication and listening skills; - Good communication skills; - Ability to work in a team and independently; - Ability to effectively manage your time and priorities; - Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
