Customer support specialist with knowledge of the language in ProfiChoice

Our company, ProfiChoice, specializes in trading high-quality goods in the European market, providing our customers with the best products in various fields of activity. That is why we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Customer support specialist", who speaks Czech/Slovak or Hungarian to lead communication with clients and solving the tasks/problems set by them.

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing informational and technical support to customers in written or verbal format.

• Solving customer requests and problems by finding out the reasons why they may have arisen.

• Supporting the process of processing requests and ensuring a timely response to requests.

• Providing quality feedback when the client has problems.

< strong>Requirements:

• Knowledge of Czech/Slovak or Hungarian language at an intermediate level.

• Ability to effectively work with several clients at the same time.

• Ability to find a common language with clients, patience.

• Salary, which includes rate (from $1500) and interest %.

Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00 (no revisions, Saturday-Sunday - weekends) .NO REMOTE FORMAT.

Experience is not required, we provide training and internships.
