That is why we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Customer support specialist", who speaks Czech/Slovak or Hungarian to lead communication with clients and solving the tasks/problems set by them.
Main responsibilities include:
Providing informational and technical support to customers in written or verbal format.
Solving customer requests and problems by finding out the reasons why they may have arisen.
Supporting the process of processing requests and ensuring a timely response to requests.
Providing quality feedback when the client has problems.
< strong>Requirements:
Knowledge of Czech/Slovak or Hungarian language at an intermediate level.
Ability to effectively work with several clients at the same time.
Ability to find a common language with clients, patience.

Salary, which includes rate (from $1500) and interest %.
Paid internship.
Social package (paid holidays, sick leave, housing).
Opportunity to retire and move to higher positions.
Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00 (no revisions, Saturday-Sunday - weekends) .NO REMOTE FORMAT.
Experience is not required, we provide training and internships.
