Your responsibilities: Provision of information and advisory service support (communication with product users by mail, phone) no sales; Analysis of problems that arise from users and searches options for problem solving; Work in the CRM system; Various individual jobs related to customer support; Detection and analysis of software errors, work in the bugtracker system. Everything you need to know and know + personal qualities: Experience in the field of customer service (will be an advantage); Knowledge of the Polish language - level B2 and above; Knowledge of the English language - level B1 and above; Competent and quick construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence; Ability to analyze the situation and quickly find an effective solution; Confident / advanced knowledge of PC and mobile gadgets; Comprehensive approach to solving complex tasks, positive thinking; Ability to work in a team; It is desirable to have experience of communicating with "native speakers".
