Your responsibilities:
- Providing information and consulting service support (communication with product users by mail, phone);
- Analysis of problems that arise for the user and search for options for solving the problem;
- Work in the CRM system;
- Various individual jobs related to customer support;
- Identification and analysis of software errors, work in the bugtracker system.
ul>What you need to know and know + personal qualities:
- Experience in the field of customer service (will be an advantage);
- Knowledge German - level B2 and above;
- Knowledge of the English language - level B1 and above;
- Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
- Ability to analyze the situation and quickly find an effective solution;
- Sure / advanced knowledge of PCs and mobile gadgets;
- Complex approach to solving complex tasks, positive thinking;
- Ability to work in a team ;
- Experience of communicating with native speakers is desirable.
