Your main responsibilities will be:
- Learn all the necessary information given for work;
- Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline);
- Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service;
- Be ready to work at night;
- Interact with other departments to resolve issues;
Essential professional experience:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian, English and German (B1/B2) languages;
- Good written communication skills in one of these language combinations;
- Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results;
- Excellent basic computer skills;
- Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training.
We offer:
- Stable salary + monthly performance bonus;
- Convenient work schedule: 2/2 with floating days off, 12-hour shift "10-22" (day shift), 10-hour "22-08" (night shift) and midnight "12-00". There is an opportunity to switch to the schedule of 4/2 for 9 hours (morning shifts “08-17”, evening shifts “13-22”, midnight shifts “16-01” are possible).
