We are currently looking for an empathetic and responsible person for the position of a care service specialist who will help our clients and therapists with questions about using the platform.Areas of your responsibility:
- Communication with clients and therapists via email and chat (in Ukrainian and Polish)
- Communication with internal employees in English
- Providing information and basic technical support
- Registration of appeals in CRM and internal databases
- If needed, support in onboarding therapists
- Adherence to brand tone and communication style
What we value:
- Fluent or confident written command of Ukrainian, English (A2 and above) and Polish (B1 and above) languages
- Politeness, empathy, attention to details, proactivity
- Basic skills of working with Gmail, Google Sheets (preferably Notion and Slack as well)
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with clients
- Basic knowledge of psychology/ psychological education

How we work:
- Paid onboarding: 2 weeks at 20gh/week
- Variable flexible schedule 35 - 40 hours per week within the working hours of the department: weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., weekends 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (the schedule is updated weekly)
- Fully remote format (there are hubs in Kyiv, Warsaw, Riga)

- High level of autonomy with the support of an experienced team
Selection process for this position:
- Test task. If your experience meets the requirements, we will send an assignment.
- Interview with Hiring Manager. After positive feedback from the manager, we will invite you to an interview with him.
- (Optional) Final interview with the co-owner (Chief of Therapy)
- Offer. If everything matches, we will send a formal offer. The steps may vary slightly depending on experience.
Additional:
- All communication regarding the selection takes place exclusively via email.
- During the trial period (3 months), we expect responsibility, openness to feedback and concern for the quality of communication
