Customer Support Specialist (Shift-based) in Win Media Tech

Win Media is recruiting for the position of Customer Support Manager

About the role

Support Manager is the first point of contact with our users.
You will help customers solve issues related to the operation of the platform, accounts and services, and you will be part of an international team with 24/7 coverage, including night shifts.

Work schedule

• Shift schedule 2 on 2
• 12-hour shifts

• Format: 2 day shifts > 2 weekend shifts > 2 night shifts > 2 weekends

 Your tasks

• Processing customer requests via chat and email
• User consultation, including in English
• Help with basic technical and account questions
• Transfer more complex cases to senior specialists
• Adherence to quality standards and SLA

• Work according to instructions and internal guides

 We are looking for you if you:

• Have English from Intermediate level
• Ready to work in shifts, including night shifts
• Able to communicate clearly and politely
• Quick learner and not afraid of new challenges
• Attentive to details and responsible
• Ready to work in a team
