Customer Support Specialist, Sales Support Specialist in SplendidScore Ukraine

Our client, a large international company that provides car leasing services for corporate clients in Ukraine, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Main tasks:

• active interaction with new and existing clients in order to understand their needs, provide consultations and prepare individual solutions; 

• supporting professional long-term relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction;

• constant interaction with the sales team to provide the necessary support (preparation of calculations and calculations according to customer requirements; assist in the modification of existing contracts, preparation of contracts, additional agreements based on customer needs and operational needs);

• analytics of the effectiveness of cooperation with customers? preparation of reports;

• compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education (preferred economic/financial);
• experience in sales from 2 years;
• high level of communication and analytical skills;
• confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Exel)
• English — Intermediate;
• driver's license cat. "B".
