What to do:

  • Listen to and understand customer questions related to integration, personal account settings, transactions, system errors, etc.< /p>

  • Process client application: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures.

  • Provide clear, concise and accurate answers using understandable language for customers.

  • In case of complex questions, contact the appropriate specialists for help.

  • It is mandatory to provide feedback to customers based on the results of processing their requests.

  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.


You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience in the field of customer service for at least 2 years.

  • Well developed communication skillschicks.

  • The ability to work in multitasking mode and remain calm in stressful situations.

  • Knowledge of the basics of business ethics and business correspondence skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage (we use Zendesk).

  • Lite and written language.

  • Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through decisions and conclusions).

  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes.

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.

  • High level of responsibility, customer orientation, attention to details.


Would be an advantage:

  • Basic English language skills for correspondence with clients in chats (online translators can be used).
  • Ability to read logs, basic knowledge of API.
