Customer support specialist (Service Desk) in Starlight Media

And todayDepartment of service support Starlight Media is inviting a Customer Support Specialist (position) (Service Desk) to its team.

Your tasks will be:

• reception and processing of requests from Group employees regarding the provision of new services, access and resources; elimination of incidents;
• registration of applications and work with them;
• communication with customers and executors regarding requests;
• consultation of Group employees regarding the organizational structure, processes, procedures, services and software;
• execution of simple requests for service work that do not require special knowledge or access rights;
• updating contact data of Group employees in accounting systems;
• organization and coordination of communication between executors of different units to fulfill complex and non-standard user requests.

Our expectations from you:

• you have a complete higher education (preferably);
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• organization, literacy, systematic and result orientation;
• ability to communicate effectively, attention and proactivity.
