About the team:

 Prom-payment is a safe way to pay for orders on Prom.ua.  PromOplata Team provides advisory assistance to buyers and sellers on orders with Prom-payment. Currently, our team consists of 12 specialists and a leader. The mission of the team is to take care of our users, to positively influence their customer experience, solving their requests promptly and qualitatively.


What is important for this role:

  • have successful experience in user support (calls/e-mail/skype/chat)
  • competent writing in Ukrainian
  • sincere desire to help every client, looking for how standard and non-standard ways
  • independence in decision-making based on the analysis of collected information
  • attention to details and the ability to work with a large amount of information
  • initiative, readiness for changes and restructuring or improvement of processes

It will be an advantage:

  • experience in the banking sector in solving issues related to transactions, complaints and disputes


Tasks:

  • work with inquiries regarding Prom-payment through the Zendesk support service system

  • communication with logistics partners via Zendesk and Telegram

  • cooperation with other company departments to solve customer issues

  • perform additional customer support tasks, initiated by management.
