Our product is a Ukrainian innovative C2C marketplace. We help 3.5 million people sell and buy goods, order and provide services, search for work and find specialists every month. Our platform has been working in Western Europe and Asia for more than 8 years.

We are looking for a Customer support specialist for our Polish team.

Requirements< /b>:

• Spoken and written level of the Polish language - medium and higher;
• Intermediate and higher level of spoken English;
• Ability to work with various CRMs;
• Previous experience working in customer support and with Polish clients will be a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• User support by phone, email and chat;
• Help in solving current problems;
• Communication with the warehouse and employees of the Kur? delivery;
• CRM work;
• Supporting various company projects and initiatives (surveys, data collection, data validation, helping the SEO team).
