We are building Netflix in the world of comic books—a platform with the best original content. AlphaNovel strives to give every author—millions of them worldwide—the opportunity to publish their book, and readers—to choose future bestsellers. We have a team of 38 professionals who are building the future of the publishing world of the 21st century. We have gone through the process of finding economic units, continue to actively grow and scale all operational processes. We are currently looking for a Support Specialist who will strengthen the strategic direction — Operations — work with the support of writers and readers of the AlphaNovel ecosystem. What challenges await: —Provide customer support to both authors and readers; —Quickly support different queues of support depending on the volume of the load level; —Create and edit help center articles so that users have the opportunity to solve problems on their own; —Ensure that 90% of our users receive a response from support within 24 hours or less; —Help monitor public feedback on AlphaNovel applications and provide customized responses. What we offer: —Fixed work schedule: 5/2; — Availability of exclusively day shifts (there are no night shifts); —The opportunity to grow into a promising product and a strong team. What is important for us: — English level B2/ C1; — 6 months + experience as Customer Support; — Systematic work and attention to details; —Experience of working with Spreadsheets; — Ability to communicate quickly and solve custom requests; — Proactivity and speed of learning. It will be a plus: —Experience of working with Zendesk; —Experience of working with GoogleDocs, Tableau. We are looking for a person who is both "about the process" and "about the result".
