The international payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a Customer Support Specialist L3. We provide convenient and secure payment processing for sellers from over 10 countries around the world, thereby helping their business grow and develop. The company uses advanced technologies to serve industries such as hosting, mobile, iGaming, SaaS, etc. Tranzzo cooperates with a number of well-known Ukrainian brands, including Diya, U24, Concert UA, Liki24, Foxtrot, Arsenal Insurance, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others. KEY INFORMATION ABOUT US: - 150+ professionals with experience in e-commerce, banking and payment; - More than 10 million transactions per month and support for 30+ currencies; - More than 3,000 clients from Ukraine and the countries of Europe, CIS, Asia and Latin America. We invite those , who is ready for the following responsibilities: Consulting and supporting users on issues of service integration of various complexity; Analysis of internal and external failures; Consulting on installing modules for CMS. Help with settings; Payment testing to find software errors; Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2b); Registration of system errors/bugs in Jira. You are our ideal candidate if: You can understand logs; You know HTML/CSS/PHP /SQL/API; You speak English (B2 and above); You have strong communication and analytical skills; You have skills in working with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems; You have an understanding of e-commerce business models. specialists can work comfortably and achieve their goals with comfort and satisfaction: Comfortable office.
