Responsibilities;

• support and support application software systems/services (Bank Client and Front Office);
• eliminate incidents in systems/services; 
• interact with the first line of support (CC, validation department, branch); analyze errors and issue bugs to developers; 
• optimize system performance.

Requirements for the candidate:

• SQL knowledge: 
• writing simple queries; 
• experience with API requests (preferred);
• understanding how communication worksand front-back-db; Understanding Graylog logging systems, Kibana, ability to read and analyze logs (preferred); 
• preferred experience in ORACLE database administration ;
• knowledge of Corezoid (will be a plus ); 
• ability to build cause-and-effect relationships ligaments; 
• analytical and systemic thinking, work with a large amount of data.
