Our candidate:
- has a high level of command of the Italian language (written and spoken) -
B2 and higher;
- responsive, eager to help others, responsible and stress-resistant;
- experience in a call center will also be a plus.
What should be done:
- help users with questions related to the use of the company's products;
- resolve disputes and conflict situations;
- communication with users takes place via e-mail and chat (85% of working hours), and by phone (15%)
