Customer Support Specialist in Polish in Skay Layn

We are actively looking for a candidate for the position of Polish-speaking Customer Support Manager. We provide absolute access to all necessary resources for work, dynamic development, personal development and financial independence.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

Knowledge of the Polish language at B1-C2 level;
With or without professional experience, but with a great willingness to learn.
 We conduct training only for our candidates, which lasts 5 days , which are paid due to the base;
If you have experience in similar positions - it will be a very big advantage;
Responsibility and willingness to develop financially and professionally;
A sense of humor is welcome.

Responsibilities:

High-quality processing of a hot customer base from Poland who is waiting for your call - our customers have been cooperating with us for years;
Help and collecting information about our client;
Registering the client on our website and transferring it to another department for processing;
Reporting the work done in the CRM system;
Be active and positive :)
