Your impact: As a Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Representative), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries ( tickets). Our highest priority is to provide quality service, fully informing members about their benefits and the best ways to use the benefits in the shortest possible time. Healthcare Concierge will communicate with our customers through chat and phone calls to advise and help users to get a high level of healthcare services. This may include phone calls with our customers and/or HealthCare representatives in the US to help make appointments with doctors, resolve other inquiries. Healthcare Concierge will search for doctors, hospitals and other healthcare facilities , which most closely match the needs of our customers, and will conduct follow-up communication with providers. In this position, you will collaborate with your team, administrative or clinical staff at the healthcare facilities to determine the best strategies to support our members.
