Customer Support Specialist in Healthcare in Pharmbills

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting clients of US healthcare organizations
• Communicating with managers in the US, clients of medical institutions and insurance companies
• Assist in payment processing
• Checking the correctness of information in customer cards
• Ensuring timely payment of bills by insurance companies

Requirements:

• English language level B2+
• Experience in customer support and customer service will be an advantage
• Strong desire to help people
• Ability to find solutions
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time
• Readiness to communicate by phone and e-mail
