Customer Support Specialist (German-speaking) in BPO Nextdoor, Inc.

One of the projects of BPO Nextdoor is the processing of data related to the field of retail trade (supermarket chains in Germany). As part of this project, we are expanding our cooperation and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the German language to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for data processing and ensuring quality communication between different departments and teams of the supermarket chain. During the probationary period, you will be able to undergo the necessary training and training in Hamburg (paid travel with all expenses covered) necessary for a successful job.

What do we expect from you?

• Written and spoken knowledge of the German language at a high level (from B2-C1);
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Attention to details;
• li>Confident use of a PC (Word, Excel).

What is expected of you in this position?

• Processing of order data of goods using special software (SAP, Excel);
• Compilation of a list of goods, working with complaints, processing requests and questions regarding product data;
• Communication in German with colleagues from other countries company departments, suppliers (via e-mails, SAP, online calls);
• Paid business trip (training) in Hamburg;
• Working week from Monday to Friday (09:30- 18:00, on Friday 09:30—16:30)
• Comfortable remote work from home after training in Germany.
