Customer Support Specialist (German-speaking) in BPO Nextdoor, Inc.

One of Nextdoor's BPO projects is the processing of data related to the field of retail trade (supermarket chains in Germany). As part of this project, we are expanding our cooperation and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the German language to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for data processing and ensuring quality communication between the various departments and teams of the supermarket chain. During the probationary period, you will be able to undergo the necessary education and training necessary for successful work. What do we expect from you? Written and fluent knowledge of the German language at a high level (from B2-C1); Ability to learn quickly; Attention to detail; Confident use of a PC (Word, Excel). What is expected of you in this position? Processing data on product orders using special software (SAP, Excel); Compiling a list of products, working with complaints, processing requests and questions regarding product data; Communication in German with colleagues from other departments of the company, suppliers (via electronic letters, SAP, online calls); Working week from Monday to Friday (09:30-18:00, on Friday 09:30-16:30) Comfortable remote work from home.
