One of the BPO Nextdoor projects is the processing of data related to the field of retail trade (supermarket chains in Germany). Within the framework of this project, we are expanding our cooperation and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for data processing and ensuring high-quality communication between various departments and teams of the supermarket chain. During the trial period, you will be able to undergo the necessary training and training in Hamburg (paid travel with all expenses covered), which are necessary for a successful job. What do we expect from you? Written and fluent knowledge of the German language at a high level (from B2-C1); Ability to learn quickly; Attention to detail; Confident use of a PC (Word, Excel) (via emails, SAP, online calls); Paid business trip (training) in Hamburg; Working week from Monday to Friday (09:30-18:00, Friday 09:30-16:30) Comfortable remote work from home after passing training in Germany.
