We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our BPO department.  

Responsibilities: 

• A bilingual German-English speaking VA who can do admin tasks 
• Correspondence;  
• Handling business documents  
• Research, etg 

Requirements:  

• Excellent German and English level: at least Upper-Intermediate or higher 
• Previous work experience in customer service  
• Strong time-management skills  
• Experience in communicating with native speakers 
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision 
• Attention to details
