We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support Agent who can strengthen our support team and ensure a high level of satisfaction with technical support.

 

Working with us, you will have:

— absence of routine monotonous tasks;

Your tasks will be:

— respond to all basic L1 support requests;

— meet SLAs;

We are looking for someone who has:

— 2 years of experience in customer support;

— analytical skills;

- the ability to set priorities for tasks and requests;

- command of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
