Customer Support Specialist (English-speaking) for Health & Fitness App (Uniwell) in Genesis

Uniwell is an international service company that is a partner company of Genesis and provides Customer Care services to users from more than 100 countries in the field of Health & Fitness. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (English-speaking) to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites. The main channels of communication are chats and e-mails. We know all about how to correct weight and build muscle and conduct regular training for the team with leading nutritionists and trainers. Your future responsibilities: communication and providing quality support in chats and emails (Zendesk); handling complex tickets from users to the relevant teams; collecting feedback from users; interaction with product, marketing and development teams. We expect from you: a high level of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above); the ability to communicate politely and meaningfully ;indifference and a sincere desire to help users;responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions;interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn. It will be an advantage: experience in customer support.
