Customer Support Specialist (English) in Upstars

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Customer Care Manager (English). Your future tasks: processing requests customers on 3 communication channels (calls, chats and messengers, letters); performance of quantitative/qualitative indicators; interaction with other divisions of the company; outgoing communication with the client if necessary; processing requests in social networks; full knowledge of the site, products and services provided; filling out reporting documents. Your skills: experience working in the support service from the 1st year; you have a high level of spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate); you are able to clearly and clearly formulate your thoughts; you have empathy and management skills of negotiations; stress-resistant, punctual, organized, quick learner; ready for workload and constant activity; confident PC user.
