Everhelp is a Genesis business ecosystem company. We are an outsourced support service that supports more than 25 products worldwide.
At Everhelp, we are creating a next-gen Customer Success ecosystem for users from all over the world. We provide first-class customer service and take care of everything from configuration, monitoring and maintenance to weekly reports with all the metrics you need.
The company was established in 2021. Over the past year, it has grown from 5 to 200+ people in the team. Currently, most of our employees are safe, we have retained all jobs, and we continue to strengthen our team.

-We are against war and unjustified aggression.
-We evacuated company employees and their relatives from war zones, helped them find housing and provided financial support.
-The entire team was provided with mobile stations and batteries.
-We continue to work steadily for the future of Ukraine.
Now we have been contacted by one of the companies of the Genesis ecosystem (niche-summer books), which we are helping to find a responsible Customer Support Specialist who will implement, develop and maintain high standards quality of service to our customers
Your tasks:
-Communication with users, work with reviews and complaints on the Zendesk platform (tickets);
-Multitasking in the processes, because it is important for us that you process each of the requests with the same dedication;
-Providing an empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users;
-Advising the company's customers about products, their work and functionality through social networks.
About you:
-You speak English at the advanced/fluent level: competent written and spoken language;
-Experience in support from the 1st year (is a must) ;
-You have excellent communication skills: you know how to resolve customer complaints politely, professionally and in a timely manner;
-Able to work independently and in different teams;
You are attentive, persistent and focused on finding solutions;
-Flexible to the work schedule (5 working shifts per week, Tuesday-Saturday from 14:00 to 23:00);
-You have a strong work ethic and also adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
It will be cool if you have:
-Experience with basic CRM systems;
-Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to manage workload;
-Desire to develop your knowledge and skills.
