Austrian Airlines search for Customer Support Specialist (with knowledge of Czech or Slovak) to join our professional team.

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken Czech or Slovak (advanced).
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Effective communication over the phone, through email etc.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Ability to learn fast.

We are looking for active and friendly candidate, ready to help; who can work under pressure and is responsible and reliable.

There will be an advantage if you have a previous experience in working with customers or in travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage amounts of incoming phone calls and emails within KPIs and Quality standards. 
  • Work in and with various LHG systems.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features. 
  • Analyzing and reporting service malfunctions. 
  • PNR servicing (Passenger Name Record)  
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication up-to-date procedures, guidelines, and policies. 
  • Support other teams to achieve satisfaction customer service level on managers’ request.
