Your influence As a Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Representative) you will be responsible for processing customer requests (tickets). .Our highest priority is to provide quality service, fully informing members about their benefits and the best ways to use the benefits in the shortest possible time. Healthcare Concierge will communicate with our customers through chat and phone calls to advise and help users to get a high level of healthcare. This can include phone calls with our clients and/or HealthCare representatives in the US, to help make appointments with doctors, resolve other inquiries. Healthcare Concierge will search for doctors, hospitals and other healthcare facilities that most accurately meet the needs of our customers, and will follow-up with providers. In this position, you will collaborate with your team, administrative or clinical staff at healthcare facilities to determine the best strategies to support our members.
