The international payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We provide convenient and secure payment processing for sellers from over 10 countries around the world, thereby helping their business grow and develop. The company uses advanced technologies to serve industries such as hosting, mobile, iGaming, SaaS, etc. Tranzzo cooperates with a number of well-known Ukrainian brands, including Diya, U24, Concert UA, Liki24, Foxtrot, Arsenal Insurance, MyCredit, Varus, WOG KEY INFORMATION ABOUT US: 150+ professionals with experience in e-commerce, banking and payments; More than 10 million transactions per month and support for 30+ currencies; More than 3,000 clients from Ukraine and the countries of Europe, CIS, Asia and Latin America. We invite those who who is interested in working with the following tasks: Processing requests received by phone and in chats; Helping customers with solutions to various issues; Working with internal programs and databases.
