Customer Support Specialist Kyiv, remote What you need to do: As a Support Manager, you will help YouScan customers set up their accounts (select search queries, create custom dashboards) so that they get value from the product faster. Advise users in writing and by e-mail. Our priority is to provide quality service and help each client achieve his goals. Report bugs to the product team. Create and update instructions and educational content (Knowledge Base, YouScan Academy, product announcements). In this position, you will work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams. Analyze user behavior with the help of analytics tools, find new products, and users face difficulties. Participate in the prioritization of product development tasks by drawing on user feedback. Work schedule: 5/2 — Mon-Fri: 10:00 — 19:00 Kyiv time What kind of experience is required: 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service High level of English (B2/C1) You understand technologies (API, SQL , Python) you can quickly Google and figure it out if you come across something new. Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus for creating queries. Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through solutions and conclusions). You are able to clearly, clearly and structured convey your opinion. A high level of empathy in daily interaction with clients and colleagues. High level of responsibility and organization.
