We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with more than 2 years with work experience and confident English, who will respond in a timely and quality manner to our customers' inquiries and feedback, and will also maintain high standards of service quality for users of our product.
Zeely is a mobile application that helps small businesses promote their products and services with the help of AI-generated creatives and online advertising. We are Google for Startups and Meta partners, TechCrunch and Forbes wrote about us, and most importantly, we have more than 50,000 users in the US and continue to grow rapidly.
What is needed to join us:
- command of written and spoken English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
- ability to communicate politely and meaningfully
—indifference and a sincere desire to help users
—responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions
—willingness to be flexible in terms of working schedule (need to work on different days of the week and in different shifts, but all shifts are clearly hourly).
Will be a plus:
- experience with Zendesk or other automated solutions for support
- experience working in Customer Support teams
- experience working with mobile applications.
You will have the following tasks and challenges:
- communication with users, working with feedback and requests using email (ticket system in Zendesk) and social networks < br/>- multitasking in the processes, it is important for us that you handle each of the requests with the same dedication
- providing empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users
- advising users about the functionality of the product
- collecting and analyzing user feedback
- interacting with product, marketing and development teams.
